Your At-Home Glass Skin Routine (Between Med Spa Treatments)

In-office treatments create the foundation for glass skin, but what you do every day determines how long your glow lasts. The good news: you do not need ten steps. Here is the simple routine Cindy recommends to clients at our Newport Beach studio.

Morning

  1. Cleanse gently. Use the Clinical Renewal Cleanser to remove oil without stripping your barrier.
  2. Hydrate. Apply Hydra Restore Moisturizer to plump and support the skin barrier.
  3. Protect. Finish with Hydra-Shield Tinted SPF 30. Sun exposure is the fastest way to lose your glow, especially in coastal Orange County.
  4. Lips count too. The Plumping Hyaluronic Acid Lip Treatment hydrates and protects with SPF 30.

Evening

  1. Double cleanse if you wore makeup or sunscreen.
  2. Moisturize to support overnight repair.
  3. Use actives as directed. If you use retinoids or exfoliating acids, pause them for several days around microneedling.

Weekly Boosters

  • At-home LED with a LightStim device to calm and brighten
  • Hydrating masks after travel or sun

Professional Maintenance

Most clients maintain glass skin with a Diamond Glow facial every 4 to 6 weeks and microneedling a few times a year. Save on the full routine with the VIP Aesthetics Skincare Bundle.
